Course Overview (Worksafe fee not included)
This face-to-face course provides students with the skills and knowledge to perform the duties of an intermediate scaffolder, including erecting and dismantling cantilever and spurred scaffolds, a sloping platform, tube and coupler scaffold, a cantilevered crane loading platform (CCLP), a mast climber and a safety screen.
On successful completion, students can apply to have new classes added to their high risk work licence through WorkSafe WA.

Demonstrate splices and whippings
Demonstrate bends, knots and hitches

Plan, erect and dismantle tube and coupler scaffolds
Plan, erect and dismantle cantilevered crane loading platforms
Plan, erect and dismantle mast climbers
Apply a safety screen
Insect scaffold and scaffold equipment
Complete a handover certificate.
