Elevating Work Platform
Course Overview (Worksafe fee not included)
This face-to-face course provides students the skills and knowledge to safely operate a boom-type elevating work platform (EWP) 11 metres or more. This course includes identifying weights of loads to be carried in the EWP, conducting pre-start and post-start operational checks, and using operational and ground controls.
On successful completion, students can apply for a high risk work licence or apply to have new classes added to their existing high risk work licence through WorkSafe WA.
